RafayGen was built from the other end. NayaPay and UBL bank transfer are the default rather than a workaround. Urdu and Roman Urdu are inputs the engine understands, not strings it translates into English and back. The first conversation works before there is an account to bill.
It is named after the person who built it because there is nobody else to name it after. Abdul Rafay Amir wrote the routing engine, the agents, the voice loop, the artifact pipeline and the Urdu OCR, and he administers the machines it runs on.

If it says it made you a file, the file exists. That is enforced in code, not promised in a prompt.
Three rules do most of the work. One product— chat and voice are the same assistant, so a feature lands on both or it isn't finished. Honest output — download links and factual claims are validated against what actually happened, and arithmetic is computed rather than guessed at. Local first — payments, languages and defaults that work here without a workaround.
The uncomfortable version of that last rule is the open Urdu benchmark: it grades every model with the same code, publishes the raw answers, and includes RafayGen in the ranking whether or not the ranking flatters it. So far it hasn't.
