The service

RafayGen provides AI-powered chat, voice, image generation, document generation and OCR tools. The free tier is provided as-is; paid tiers (Go, Plus, Extreme) raise usage limits.

Your content

You own what you create with RafayGen. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storing your chats, processing prompts through model providers, rendering your files). You are responsible for the content you upload and generate.

AI output disclaimer

AI models make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and are not professional advice — verify anything that matters (medical, legal, financial, academic). RafayGen validates structure and links in generated documents, but the substance of AI output is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity.
• No generating content to harass, defraud or impersonate people.
• No attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Academic honesty is your responsibility — use RafayGen to learn and draft, not to cheat.

Payments & refunds

Tier payments are made via NayaPay or bank transfer and activated after manual verification. Contact sphfcomms@gmail.com about payment issues; refunds are handled case-by-case for unused tier time.

Availability

RafayGen depends on third-party model providers and self-hosted hardware; we work to keep it up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, limit or discontinue features.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
