Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026.These terms are an agreement between you and RafayGen AI (“RafayGen”, “we”), a sole-operator service built and run by Abdul Rafay Amir in Sindh, Pakistan, and they govern your use of the website at rafaygen.com and everything served from it. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. The service

RafayGen is an AI assistant available in a web browser. It provides multi-agent chat, a real-time voice mode, image generation and editing, generation of documents and presentations as downloadable files, and optical character recognition for Urdu and English text. Some of those features are limited or unavailable on the free tier; the current split is on the pricing page and is the version that applies.

Features are added, changed and occasionally removed. We describe what works today rather than what is planned, but nothing on this site is a commitment that a given feature will still exist in its current form next month.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 in any case. If you are under 18, use RafayGen only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at rafayraza91@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to get around usage limits is a breach of these terms.

You can use RafayGen as a guest without signing up. Guest conversations are deliberately ephemeral — they are not attached to an account and are not kept as browsable history, which is a privacy decision rather than a limitation. If you want your history, sign up.

3. Your content

You own what you put in and, as between you and us, what comes out. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service on your behalf: to store your conversations and files, to transmit your prompts to the model provider serving your request, and to render and deliver the outputs you asked for. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your conversations to train models, and we do not use their content to target advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

You are responsible for the material you upload — that you have the right to use it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Third-party model providers

RafayGen does not train its own frontier models. Depending on the agent you select, your prompt is routed to a third-party provider — currently including Groq, Google, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), StepFun, DeepSeek and Hugging Face — and is processed under that provider’s terms as well as ours. Image generation runs on hardware we operate ourselves.

This matters practically: do not paste anything into RafayGen that you are not willing to have processed by an external AI provider. That includes other people’s personal data, credentials, and material you are under a duty of confidentiality to protect.

5. AI output: what it is and is not

AI models produce fluent text that can be confidently wrong. Outputs may be inaccurate, out of date, internally inconsistent, or entirely invented — including citations, statistics, names and quotations that look plausible.

Nothing RafayGen produces is professional advice. Do not act on generated medical, legal, financial, tax, safety or engineering content without verifying it with a qualified human. We run structural checks on generated documents — that a deck has the slides it claims, that links resolve, that a spreadsheet’s formulas parse — but a structurally valid document can still be substantively wrong, and those checks say nothing about whether the content is true.

Output is not guaranteed to be unique. Two users asking the same question may receive similar answers, and we make no claim about the copyright status of generated material in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use RafayGen to:

  • Do anything illegal where you are, or where we operate.
  • Generate content that harasses, defames, threatens or sexualises any real person, or that sexualises minors in any form.
  • Impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce material designed to defraud or deceive — fake documents, fake credentials, fake reviews, fake identities.
  • Generate malware, or instructions whose primary use is to compromise systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Produce bulk spam, or automated content published without human review.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits of the service, or to extract system prompts or credentials.
  • Resell access, or wrap RafayGen in another product, without a written agreement.

Academic honesty is your responsibility and your institution’s rules, not ours, decide what is allowed. Use RafayGen to understand, research and draft; submitting its output as your own unaided work is between you and your school.

7. Tiers, payment and refunds

The free tier costs nothing, requires no card, and is provided as-is. Paid tiers (Go, Plus, Extreme) raise usage limits and unlock features; current prices are on the pricing page.

Payment is by NayaPay or bank transfer, verified by hand — usually within a few hours during Pakistan Standard Time working hours, and we will tell you if it will be longer. Your tier starts when we confirm the payment, not when you send it. Prices are quoted in US dollars with a rupee equivalent shown for convenience; the rupee figure is indicative and moves with the exchange rate.

Tiers do not auto-renew — there is no stored payment method to charge, so nothing renews unless you send another payment. If you paid and cannot use what you paid for, write to rafayraza91@gmail.com; refunds for unused tier time are handled case by case and in good faith.

8. Advertising

Public pages on this site — the home page, the platform and pricing pages, the documentation and the articles — may carry third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. The chat workspace is not an advertising surface: no ads are placed inside your conversations, and the content of your conversations is never used to target advertising anywhere. Details, including how to opt out of personalised ads, are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

The RafayGen name, logo, site design, written content and underlying software are ours. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy it. You may quote and link to our articles with attribution; republishing them wholesale is not permitted.

10. Availability

RafayGen is operated by one person and depends on third-party model providers and self-hosted hardware. We work to keep it up, publish real reliability numbers on the live numbers page rather than a marketing uptime figure, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages and rate limits will occasionally make parts of it unavailable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RafayGen is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for anything arising from your reliance on AI output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim — which, for a free-tier user, is zero.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will say why unless doing so would be unlawful or unsafe. You can stop using RafayGen at any time and ask for your account and content to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy for how.

13. Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the terms change and move the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use RafayGen after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Sindh have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before that, write to us — almost everything is faster to fix by email.
