Last updated: 17 August 2026. This policy describes how RafayGen (rafaygen.com) handles your information. Plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name and password hash when you sign up.
• Content — your chats, prompts, uploaded files and generated outputs, stored so your history works across devices.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, pages visited) and a first-party analytics beacon (page path, referrer, language, screen size).

Advertising and cookies

Public pages on this site carry Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

The chat workspace itself is not an advertising surface — ads appear on public marketing and article pages, not inside your conversations, and the content of your chats is never used to target them.

How your prompts are processed

RafayGen routes chat requests to third-party AI model providers (such as Groq, Google Gemini, Alibaba Qwen, Hugging Face and Ollama Cloud depending on the agent you pick). Your prompt content is sent to the provider serving that request, under that provider’s terms. Image generation runs on RafayGen’s own GPU hardware.

Guest sessions

Guest (not-signed-in) chats are ephemeral: they are not kept as persistent, browsable history. Sign up if you want your chats saved.

Payments

Tier payments happen through NayaPay or bank transfer outside our systems; we store only what’s needed to verify and record your tier — never card numbers or bank credentials.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t use your chat content to target advertising.
• We don’t show ads inside the chat workspace.
• We don’t claim ownership of the content you create.

Retention & deletion

Your content stays until you delete it or your account. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email rafayraza91@gmail.com.
