A press kit that only lists superlatives invites a reporter to check the one thing it left out.
- Not “Pakistan's number one AI”. No independent ranking of Pakistani AI products exists to be number one in, and a self-issued title is not a fact.
- Not a frontier lab. RafayGen routes across other providers' models as well as its own stack; the engineering is the routing, agents, artifacts and Urdu handling, not the base models.
- Not a large user base. Traffic and usage are published as measured, and they are early.
- The one comparative claim made anywhere on this site is narrow and testable: Urdu and Roman Urdu instruction fidelity, on the open benchmark, whose method, code and raw answers are all public — and where RafayGen currently places fourth of four.
